Terms of trading:

Payment ~ We ONLY accept PayPal as means of payment. We do not accept any other means so please make sure you are able to use PayPal prior to bidding. Only bidders with PayPal set up are allowed to bid on our auctions. Sorry, this is for security reasons and protects us and you from fraudulent transactions. 

P&P Charges ~ Our P&P charges are based on averages across our range and the costs include not only the postage, but also the packaging material and labour costs. Please make sure you are happy with the charges prior to bidding. Where free P&P is offered, despatch for up to 19 sims is via standard 2nd class post. 20+ sims are usually sent via Parcel Force 48 service.

 Despatch ~ We always despatch goods in the morning of the next working day following receipt of cleared payment. (If purchased before 8am they may be despatched the same day.) Working days are Monday to Friday. We are closed at weekends All items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We do NOT offer a collection facility.  If you want your item insured please either use the standard post plus the optional insurance or the Recorded Delivery option.  Parcel Force deliveries include free insurance. Larger parcels are sent via Parcel Force. Delivery quoted is for UK mainland only.  Please allow time for delivery before contacting us. Parcel Force 48 take 2 to 3 working days, Parcel Force 24 takes 1 to 2 working days, Standard 2nd class post should take 2 to 5 working days and Standard 1st class 1 to 3 working days. Although we always despatch very quickly without fail, unfortunately in some cases Royal Mail do not work quite so fast!!!

Returns Policy ~ All our products are sold as new. It is extremely rare for a sim card not to work ~ less than 1 in 100,000! If a sim does not work in your phone the problems is, in the vast majority of cases, that the phone is locked to another Network. Please make sure that your phone is able to accept a particular Network prior to ordering. If your phone is locked, most independent phone shops offer an unlocking service for a small charge. Should you actually receive a faulty sim card we will of course replace it.

Larger quantities ~ If you are looking for larger quantities of sims please check out our other auctions. We sell all UK Networks in singles, 5, 10, 20, 50 & 100+ lots. Please note that the Networks have now set maximum quantities that can be sold to any one customer per month. This maximum changes on a regular basis; please email us for a current list of allowances.

Feedback ~ We hope you are happy with your purchase and will give us positive feedback. Upon receipt of Feedback we will return the compliment. Please note that from many year experience we do not issue Feedback until received ~ Sorry. In the unlikely event that you do have a genuine problem with your purchase please email us before leaving negative feedback.

Fraud ~ Lots of more than 10 sims are sold on the basis they will be used correctly by the purchaser or resold on to the end user. Please note that sims remain the property of the Network, you are paying for the connection pack and not the actual sim. If we have genuine reason to believe sims may be used fraudulently eg asset removal, we are required to either cancel the sale & refund monies, and/or forward details to the relavent authorities.

Tariffs ~ Please be aware that Networks change their available tariffs on a regular basis. Any tariffs shown by us are as up to date as available but are subject to change without prior notice. You can only connect your sim to a tariff available on the day the sim is fully activated.

Return policy
It is extremely rare for a sim card to be faulty; less than 1 in 100000. Problems normally arise from human error. Please check that your handset is unlocked to accept the Network sim used. Please make sure your sim has been fully activated by the network by registering it before use. 
Should you feel you have a genuinely faulty sim, please email us for advice. If you are unlucky enough to receive a faulty product we will of course replace it free of charge.
Please be aware that sim cards do have a limited shelf life, usually this is many months, but please activate your sim(s) as soon as possible after purchase.
