Transformer with amplitude regulator on the bottom, connected to the generator by cord. Comes with 3 electrodes.

Supply Voltage: 220 volt

European standard electric plug.

In the USA, Japan, UK  should be used with adapter.

The instruction is in Russian language. I'll send the translated English version with the purchase upon request.

From the history of the unit creation:

Jacques d'Arsonval
        Jacques was born June 8, 1851, in a family which originally hailed from nobility.  This great man will devote the majority of his work to diathermy, or as some call it electrophysiology.  His search into animal heat will lead to the invention of a multitude of diathermic devices.  His reflecting moving-coil galvanometer will be used to measure weak electric currents.  In 1890, devices of his will be used to obtain high-frequency currents to treat skin and mucous membrane diseases.  This will be called D'Arsonvalization in his honor.  His work with Tesla also extended into the idea of OTEC, Ocean Thermal Electric Conversion.
