UNIQUE item on Ebay for discerning, nature-loving ladies partial to truly vintage and antique items of jewellery, this pair features 'new old stock'* beautifully-faceted green/amber brown/orange cut glass 1950s glass navette set in original old brass prong setting with old amber/citrine glass bicone, with a 'mashed' glass curled leaf (by 'mashed' it is meant that the melted glass drop was crushed between a leaf impression pair of pliers - hand-made so each one is unique in size) - hard to come by vintage items of this quality sourced in America and imported incurring tax/duty upon arrival sometimes - hence price.  Exquisite reflections which are difficult to capture in one photo alone - see photos taken outside in nature... navettes are genuine oldies and under magnification show the odd imperfection within the mirroring coating which just adds to their vintage character, they sparkle away as if undeterred by time and the elements.  New gold-plated ear hooks may be exchanged for clips or any other ear fitting you may prefer so just enquire.  Average length from top of wires down to tip of leaves = 55mm or about two and a quarter inches. VERY individual earrings for nature-loving Ebayers best suited to evening wear or occasions requiring sparkle.  *'new old stock' = remained untouched in original state in now-closed factory in USA therefore uncirculated til the present for anything up to sixty year period!
