I am cleaning out my studio, to make room for eyeglass inventory, and these collectibles just take up too much space. This is soooo cute. I love winding this up, and hearing the song,"NEVER on a SUNDAY". It was the first song, I learned to play, on my 2 octav plastic piano, by ear, when I was 7. This bouzouki souvenir, was purchased in Mikonos, back in the late 60's. The winder works perfectly, the song is, "NEVER on a SUNDAY", and the bouzouki is made of wood. Lacquered heavily, and the decorative surface, is glued on. Measures 10 1/2" long, by 3" wide, by about 2 deep. Cute little souvenir from Greece... the vintage souvenirs are sooo much better than the new ones today. Recycle~be Green~ do vintage!
