THE TOP TURNS NOT SURE IF IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO THIS OR IF IT IS LOOSE BUT EITHER WAY THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CAN EASILY BE TIGHTENED. NO CRACKS CHIPS OR BREAKS.
