This is a sterling silver cruet set dating from 1890 to 1905 in the Art Nouveau style.
There are six beveled glasses.
These glasses are used for :oil,salt,pepper,sugar,vinegar and a mustard pot. The silver weighs 2 lbs 2.2 ounces.
The marks on the bottom are;
1.Standard Mark
2.Date Mark
3.Date letter
4.Maker's Mark.
This set is Continental silver without any sterling mark. Just as each guild in England has it's own distinct mark, so did all the silver centers of Europe.Much of the silver has journeyed across the ocean to America. However, identifying the individual country of European silver is often difficult.
The silver content in European silver is 800/1000 or slightly lower than the 925/1000 content of English and American silver.
However, the value of Continental silver lies in it's age, quality, and design, and is not considered inferior because of the lower silver content.
The bottles are beveled glass. The tops are silver .
There 3 areas that are missing a top bar"broken off sometime in the past( see last photo) Otherwise, it is in very good condition. No chips or cracks.

There is no white in the glass and all the lids fit on straight expect for the one that I have mentioned that is broken...more

I think it unlikely the cruet is silver. The marks you show are almost certainly English and are the manufacturer's initials.
