VINTAGE SHOP DISPLAY DUMMY MANNEQUIN VICTORIAN SCRAPS

I first purchased this small childs size size shop PROFESSIONAL TRADE DISPLAY DUMMY many years ago when a very long established drapers store closed down in local village .

I would think that it would have originally been made c1940-50s.

Please notice is wonderful CHUBBY LITTLE ROUNDED TUMMY ..I think it was originally used to display approx 12-18 months old ?childs clothes ..

 I then had it PROFESSIONALLY  DECOUPAGED  by a gifted local craftsperson ( this unique service cost a small fortune at the time as it took so many many hours to complete ) by I didn't mind at all when I saw it, as it had been so beautifully covered with  VICTORIAN SCARPS of  CHERRIES ,WINTER BERRIES ,FRUIT ,GRAPES and CHERRIES just as I had requested ..

It is quite UNIQUE ...you will never see another one like it !

 It has been used as a display within my home ever since ...

DECOUPAGED with FRUIT ..GRAPES ..CHERRIES   which  is all secure and look AMAZING ...and certainly a bit different !!

 Ideal for displaying JEWELLERY as you can see and it is in excellent and very useable condition and... SO VERY CUTE ....

It  stands  20" tall = ( 52cm ) with an ADJUSTABLE ..height of a maximum of 24" =( 61cm ) with  PINE WOOD base ....and as you can see the stand un screws  for packing ...VERY STURDY PINE WOOD BASE .

(I I have photographed it with a pair of my 1920s vintage crocodile shoes just to give you some idea of it's size  please note that the shoes and jewellery shown are NOT INCLUDED in this auction )
