VINTAGE ROWENTA POWDER COMPACT ENAMEL & PETIT POINT Here is a Vintage "ROWENTA" ladies powder compact. It is signed on the inside of the little tab which opens the compact - very tiny but I have tried to show it in the photograph. The other tab has FOREIGN stamped on it. The lid has a cream enamel edge with a petit point centrepiece of flowers. This centrepiece does not have any covering. The fabric background feels like silk? It is a little soiled as you can see. There are bits of missing enamel on the top & the bottom. Inside the mirror is good, it has a powder well & filter (this is damaged as you can see). The clasp works well - you just open with the tabs & it snaps shut. The silver metal is in very nice condition throughout. It measures approximately 2 3/4". Please ask me any questions you may have.
