This listing is for a

 VINTAGE ELECTRICAL SHOE REPAIR SIGN

It stands 30 1/2" tall, and is 24" across.

The shoe cobbler's arm moves, like he is hammering on a shoe sole.

The front of the sign says

BILTRITE GRIPLUG

GET LONGER WEAR

BY SHOE REPAIR.

The back has instructions on how to set the display up.

It also says that it is

Display # 2862, and is the property of BILTRITE RUBBER CO.  and is on loan to the shoe rebuilder.

It is freestanding

I do not see a date on it anywhere.

The very top of the sign is missing.  It looks like it should have been higher with the Biltrite name at the top.  ( I think it could be rebuilt.)

It is very dusty, and will need cleaned.

The sign also has a cut on both sides, and a corner that has a crease in it.  There are also a few other wrinkles or rips, but it is still a great vintage piece.
