Lovely goldtone Maltese cross with gorgeous rhinestones in warm shades. A beautiful large orange central chaton sits between four large brown navettes, and four smaller peridot green chatons. Smaller chatons in shades of red, orange, green and brown decorate the rest of the brooch. All stones are present, and all are nice and sparkly. In very good vintage condition, but I must just mention for accuracy that the bottom right hand point of the cross is very slightly bent upwards. I do not think that this is 'damage', rather the way that it came out of the mold. There is no damage to the plating around the area, and the brooch is in no way disfigured by this as it is hardly noticable.There is a strong pin with a locking rollover clasp, and also a pendant loop. This lovely piece currently hangs from a 28 inch goldtone chain with a ringbolt fastener. Please see photos.
