This is a vintage hand made marquetry wood inlay condiment box made by Bill West. It contains a salt and two pepper pots, one small dish, and two coasters. The woods include lacewood, cherry, walnut, ash, oak, wenge, beech and others in varying combinations. The outside is finished in a durable satin laquer while the inside remains unfinished and suitable for contact with food. The box measures 7" tall by 6" wide and 5" deep. Although this box is vintage, neither the box or pieces inside have never been used. It includes an information sheet from the artist. It is a wonderful box and is very heavy and so well made. I am sure you will receive many compliments on this one!
