VINTAGE FRENCH WOODEN MATCH HOLDER HINGED STORAGE BOX

An attractive and useful vintage French wooden storage box.

It is actually a match holder - and still has matches inside it ...

... but it could be a storage box for anything you want to put in it.

It has a hinged lid and can be free-standing or wall-mounted.

It is 10.5" (26.5 cms) high. The base is 6.1" x 5.2" (15.5 x 13.5 cms)

The box has a sloping top and is 4" to 4.7" deep (10.2 to 12 cms).

It is in excellent condition with no wood worm or wood splits.

The wood is rather dirty and dull and just needs a clean & polish.
