 This is a 7* super tone master Otto Link tenor sax mouthpiece. The tip has been altered or damaged at some point and this piece dose play but not nearly as well as it should. I would recommend it being refaced. Apart from the tip the mouthpiece is in fantastic condition. The bite plate has a small indentation but is very usable.  It has a small font 7* on the side of the body and NO U.S.A on the shank. Plating is only about 10% as you can see. refacing can cost as little as £50GBP.

 Q: Hello. How was the tip damaged? I was just wondering if someone tried to work on it previously on the baffle or if window has been widened at the tip? Many Thanks
A: The tip is not straight, I dont know how it happened as I just got this piece. It isn't a huge amount out but enough to stop the mouthpiece performing as it should. Thanks. Ian
