Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We will ship Priority Mail at your request
or IF we feel the items needs to be shipped that way.
We will ship by Parcel Post on heavier items and Media Mail on all Media Materials
i.e. all printed material, movies, music, etc. Also, if item is less than
13 ounces, We will ship by 1st Class Mail. We do whatever we can to keep the cost
of shipping down.

Lost or Damaged Items:
At times, shipments may be delayed in transit. Please allow 10 business days
before considering that your package has been lost by the carrier. If your item is damaged
please see the section, “RETURN POLICY” and follow the instructions. If
your item is lost in transit the USPS has on-line tracking service which allows us to
track your package through them.
Payment
We will send your invoice via
e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win. If you have purchased multiple items, PLEASE
wait to pay AFTER you receive your COMPLETE invoice this ALLOWS US TO GIVE YOU A
DISCOUNT. Acceptable payment methods include PayPal, money order or personal check

Return Policy
Received wrong item?
You must e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We will send the
correct item as soon as the wrong item is returned. In addition, your postage for return
of the incorrect item will be refunded to you.

robbinsplace. Buyer is responsible for RETURN POSTAGE EXPENSE and we REQUIRE
THAT YOU SEND IT BACK TO US WITH ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION if it is are mistake we pay for
the return postage--then we pay your refund (this is to insure that your return
arrives to us and that your refund is sent to you). We will refund your money for
original winning amount and initial shipping paid.If your item is damaged in shipping and you purchased insurance on the
item, we will send you the necessary information to file a claim with the Post
Office.
