I try to describe my items as accurately as possible, without intentionally misleading in any way and give details of any flaws that I can see or know of. However, I am not an expert and I can make a mistake. If I do, it will be totally unintentionally and I will do my utmost to rectify the problem.
If any item is stated to be vintage or antique, it will show some signs of wear.
Any sizes, weights if stated are approximate. Look closely at the photographs. Some will be close ups and the item will appear to be larger than it is in reality.
Colours are difficult to reproduce and the photos are not a guaranteed exact reproduction of the real colour.

I do not clean, refurbish the jewellery I sell or re-thread the necklaces. I can only state the condition of the thread at the time of listing and when apparent I wil recommend immediate rethreading.
If the thread breaks AFTER you receive and wear a necklace I cannot be held responsible.  Rethreading vintage and antique necklaces regardless of their condition is highly recommended as time would have weaken the thread to some degree.
 
BIDDING
All bids are final and subject to Ebay rules.
Please ask any questions you might have before the auction and never assume anything.
I am happy to answer any question and send you more close-up photos.
Only make a bid if you are genuinely interested in purchasing the item. If you don't intend to complete the transaction, please don't bid.
Due to an increasing number of non-payments I ask buyers with negative feedbacks and buyers with 0 feedbacks to contact me prior to bidding otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the bids.
Bids from members with negative feedback for non-payment will be automatically cancelled.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from members with "private" feedback containing negatives.

PACKING
All items are packaged with extreme care to minimise any risk of damage in the post.

SHIPPING
I ship worldwide but reserve the right to refuse shipment to some countries at my discretion. I despatched items within one working day of receiving cleared funds - working days only. Whenever possible, the items are despatched same day.
Delivery times are beyond my control.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES
I combine shipping costs. Please let me know that you will be bidding for more items and again when you have finished bidding. I will then send you one invoice for you items together with the discounted shipping cost. Items paid for individually will not qualify for shipping discount. Within UK I charge full postage on the first item and only 50p extra per each additional item - up to five items over five day period only. I use my discretion and often charge less depending on the size and weight of the items. Please enquire about international combined postage prior to bidding and bear in mind that it is not always a cheaper option.

POSTAGE COSTS
 Charges are kept to a minimum and depend on the item weight, size, packing amount and type of postal service used. All items are sent out with postal receipts.  Items to the value of  over £39.00 and items of precious metals/stones require signed-for post. Postage charges are not negotiable. I do not profit from postal fees.

LOST or DAMAGED POST
Please note it is not my fault if items get lost in the post or arrive damaged. If an item does get lost or arrives damaged please contact me and I will submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf. Please retain the damaged packaging as evidence. I will assist you untill the matter is fully resolved. I will refund the money as soon as I receive the cheque from the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail does not refund packing costs and postage fees refund is at their discretion. I cannot give refund before the claim is processed, as the Royal Mail will need to investigate and will contact you to obtain your confirmation that the packet was indeed lost. This is not a reflection on anyone but it is meant to prevent false claims and it is the Royal Mail condition and not mine. You can verify this by visiting the Royal Mail website.

REFUNDS
I provide buyers with true, unedited photographs, an honest description of the items and a chance to verify it prior to bidding.
In the unlikely event that I describe an item in a false or misleading manner, it will be totally unintentional and I will refund the full final bid and postage fee. The cost of returning the item will be buyer's responsibility.
Any claim for a refund under these conditions must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item and the item has to be returned within seven days of receipt in its original packing (including the gift box if applicable) via recorded post.
No refund for buyer's remorse on auction items, so please bid responsibly.
I will give refund if you have just changed your mind but only on items purchased at fixed price. However, I will not refund the postage and packing fees and I will deduct any tax and import duty incurred.
Any claim for a refund under these conditions must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item and the item has to be returned within seven days of receipt in its original packing (including the gift box if applicable) via recorded post. The cost of returning the item will be buyer's responsibility.

Please note the items remain the buyer's responsibility until I receive them safely and undamaged.I will acknowledge the recipt by email.

Any damage to the items AFTER you receive and wear it, including broken thread of a necklace is not a valid basis for a return and a refund.
