This item can be collected from the L37, Merseyside area.  However if the winner wishes the item to be posted please read and agree with the following.  If the item is delicate,  I will pack the item as best possible although some pieces may still be broken in transit.  I cannot take responsibility for any items that are broken or lost in transit.  All items are buyers responsibility and insurance is advised on expensive items.  If the item is worth 34.00 or more please wait for me to send you an appropriate invoice with the correct insurance price added (usually only a couple of pounds).   DUE TO SEVERAL LOSSES BY ROYAL MAIL, EVERY ITEM IS NOW POSTED RECORDED DELIVERY hence included in the postage price.  INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE IS NOW ALSO ALWAYS POSTED SPECIAL DELIVERY, it costs a little more but at least we can track the item!

Postage Process

Items are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of purchase (twice a week), please email me if you need something urgently.  Postage is charged at how much it costs plus being sent recorded delivery to avoid loss.  I have no intention on making profit from postage costs and buyers are agreeing to the costs when bidding.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:  International Postage price is just a guide, expensive or heavy items may cost more than initially quoted and bidders are expected to pay whatever the postage label costs.  ONLY purchase from me if you agree to these terms and conditions.

Im a lady sole-trader, I work very hard to offer my customers quality products and bargain prices.  I handle every area of my business from emailing to posting so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! email me if you have any queries or not happy with your item.  90% of the negative feedback on ebay is from mere mis-understandings.  If you are not happy with the item I will sort this out for you no problem, whether it be a return, refund or replacement.  My main concern is a happy customer, so before leaving feedback just contact me, Im always friendly and obliging!
