VINTAGE SOOTY FIGURE WITH WAND.  IT IS MADE FROM A CARDBOARD TYPE MATERIAL, IT IS A BIT LIKE THE OLD TYPE EGG BOXES.  MEASURES APPROX 10 INCHES TALL.  IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND IS MARKED ON THE BOTTOM U.P.C LTD, MADE IN SCOTLAND.  I THINK IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOME SORT OF DISPLAY ITEM.  GREAT ITEM FOR A COLLECTOR.
