DESCRIPTIONS
I always make every effort to describe my items accurately and honestly. I provide photos for prospective buyers to study in order that they may form their own opinions as to the condition of the items(s). Buyers are welcome to ask any questions which I will endeavour to answer quickly but questions asked within 12 hours of the end of a listing may not get answered. I am happy to send additional photos as requested but only up to 48 hours of a listing end.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All packages are sent by trackable means only. This means nationally by "Royal Mail second class recorded delivery" up to 1kg, "Royal Mail first class recorded delivery" for items up to 2kgs and by carrier for items above 2kgs. Internationally this means "Royal Mail International Signed For" for up to 2kgs and by carrier for items above. These options do incur additional costs but since adopting these measures almost every item has arrived with its buyer, it also complies with Paypal requirements. I am happy to meet buyers of larger items at Colchester, Frinton or Marks Tey train stations at no extra cost. Buyers can also collect by prior appointment. International bidders are always welcome and packages can be sent worldwide. Please understand that some destinations will be expensive and delivery prices should be agreed prior to bidding. Additional insurance can be provided at extra cost if required. Note that all delivery charges include cost sums for packaging materials and time expended.
MULTI PURCHASES
I am always happy to combine delivery costs when several items can be packaged together.
PAYMENT
Prompt payment by Paypal is preferred. Cheques, echeques via Paypal, bankers drafts, postal orders and cash on collection are also acceptable.
International buyers must make payment by Paypal only.
No items are despatched until payments are fully cleared.
GUARANTEE
If for any reason a buyer is not happy with their item or my service, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do everything possible to rectify problems. When appropriate I will refund their money but NOT delivery costs nor any return delivery costs and the refund will only be made once the item has arrived back to me.
SERVICE
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to me and I make every effort to package efficiently and despatch promptly. I am human and do make mistakes but on the few occasions this might happen please communicate and they will be speedily rectified.
