A VINTAGE STUDIO POTTERY SLIPWARE VASE WITH A FLUTED RIM & DECORATED WITH SUNBURST DESIGN IN THREE PLACES. POSSIBLY DATING TO THE 1970s?.

THE VASE IS STAMPED "BEAMISH" IN CAPITOL LETTERS NEAR THE BASE, I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS THE NAME OF THE POTTER OR A POTTERY IN THE BEAMISH AREA.

IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS OR CRACKS.  THERE ARE SOME SLIGHTLY ROUGH AREAS AROUND THE RIM, NOT VERY NOTICABLE & ON CLOSE INSPECTION THEY ARE POSSIBLY NATURAL TO IT'S MANUFACTURE.

MEASURES APPROX  8.5cm HIGH  x  8.8cm DIAMETER. PLEASE NOTE MY CAMERA ANGLE HAS MADE THE VASE LOOK WIDER AT THE TOP THAN IT IS IN ACTUALITY.
