SEPARATING THE THE BASE AND BODY IS AN ELABORATELY ETCHED STANCHION, IN TYPICAL EMPIRE MANNER, SURROUNDED BY A TROIKA OF EAGLE'S TALON SCROLLED SUPPORTS.. FINALLY DETAILED! BELOW THAT IS ANOTHER LEVEL OF FINE COBALT PORCELAIN, FOLLOWED BY THREE SYMMETRICALLY PERFECT BRONZE FEET.
