If there is a need to return any item please notify me within 7 days of receipt. I suggest all items are returned using tracking. The cost of returning goods is the customers responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods were damaged or incorrectly described. If goods have been used/abused or maliciously damaged, no refund will be made. My aim at viva vintage is to combine a great and varied range of genuine vintage clothing with excellent customer service, competitive prices and quick delivery time. Please be aware that unless stated otherwise, all items have been pre-worn, pre-washed and may show light signs of pre wear. This is the nature of vintage clothing, and such light wear would not constitute a reason for refund. I inspect every item carefully and will state any major defects which affect the look or wearability of any item. In addition, the importance of checking the measurements provided against a well-fitting item of your own cannot be understated. Where I provide an 'estimate' on size, it is purely an estimate an should be used purely as a guide, the measurements are key. Refunds will not be given if an item does not fit. If you require next day delivery, this is available at a small additional cost (UK only) so if you need it next day, let me know and I'll do my best.
