Up for sale is this absolutely superior, hand blown French glass perfume bottle with attached atomizer. Made in France and circa late 1950's. It stands 5 & 1/2 inches tall, with the glass body being 3 inches in diameter. A nice flat base as well, not at all prone to tipping over - fits so nicely in the hand. The glass itself is a Pure French Jet Black. The plated brass top, stem, bulb and glass bottle are all original & intact and without damage. Some light rub wear is visible on air stem, but is marginal and not detracting. The bulb / pear has no air leaks and functions smoothly - not only a great ambiance piece, but quite functional as well. A hint of aroma remains - smells quite like an early Lanvin product! Very, very clean, the hint of perfume persists. A superb vintage specimen in excellent condition that would grace any collection, room or table, whether for actual use or as eye catching staging.
