The main part of this necklace is made from faux pearl that measure 8mm diameter each. It has 5 faceted french jet (black glass) beads in contrast to the pearls and 4 flat metal discs with diamantes running round them. The clasp is silver coloued metal and has a pearl and diamante finish, it is a box clasp. The necklace measures 24 inches long and is in very good condition. It dates from the 1950s. Thankyou
