| My parents were avid collector hobbyists - both raised with privilege in Philadelphia - my mother the grandaughter of a famous inventor. They kept everything from 5 households including: both their parents estates (one Main Line Philadelphia - one Media, PA & Drexel Hill), a summer home near Norway, Maine on Lake Penneseewassee (Built 1930's) and another summer home on Lake Fairview in the Pocono Mountains (Built 1950's) - and lastly their home in Clearwater, FL.
Traveling far and wide discovering treasures during the 40's thru the late 90's Dad was all about the automobile having designed for Ford Motor Co. in the 50's - then working for WFIL-TV & Radio in Philadelphia, WLCY and WQYK in Florida. My mom, raised by a governess to be the consumate housewife was into elephants, dolls, bears, asian art, contemporary design (particularly Danish Modern) and interior decorating. She also knit, created and sewed my wardrobe, was an amazing cook who LOVED baseball (she worked for the Blue Jays from 1976 - 1982 as caterer in the press trailer during Spring Training). She died in an auto accident, then my dad passed away a few months after her death. She was a teddy bear artist at the end of her life and he was a watchmaker leaving behind thousands of watches and bears and a complete history in collectibles of the Blue Jays organization! I am left with a HUGE estate, with some items dating to the late 1800's - many items are museum quality. I am liquidating the estate here so................... Be sure to add me to your favorites list! and Check out my other items! in my

Anything seen in the photo besides the item described is not included in the auction ! All measurements are approximate! 100% satisfaction is my goal If you ever have a concern after receiving your item you can call me or e-mail me through the auction - I am here to be of service to you! Please remember to ask questions if anything is unclear - I place LOTS of photos in my auctions and describe everything I see under magnification, I try hard not to miss anything RE: anything listed as "VINTAGE" - items are from a different era, have been gently used, please expect that they will reflect their age and use unless listed as MINT :-) By bidding on this item you are agreeing with the terms listed below PAYMENTS: All payments are due within 7 days of close of auction unless bidding on multiple auctions - be sure to let me know if you are bidding on other items and I will work with you. If payment is not received within 7 days an alert is sent to me from E-Bay - they ask me to file a non-paying bidders strike against you - it is what I have to do to get some of my fees from listing the item back from E-Bay. You then have 7 days to respond to E-Bay and make payment before a non paying bidder strike is filed against you by E-Bay. They then let me know it is OK to relist your item refunding me the Final Value Fee they assessed my account at the close of your auction. REFUNDS/RETURNS: Please be kind, let me know if you have any concerns BEFORE resorting to negative or neutral feedback! I Refund! I ask that returned items are in the same condition they were when I sent them to you. Generally, once it's condition is assessed, a refund will be sent back to you the same way payment was received minus any incurred fees from auction - if I misrepresented an item through unclear photos or description I refund in full. So please, afford me the opportunity to make it right and NEVER consider leaving anything less than + feedback as an option:-) SHIPPING /HANDLING!!!! LOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)1) All items are shipped via USPS Domestic and Worldwide with a tracking number thru delivery confirmation and/or customs forms TO YOUR EBAY/PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY! 2) S/H (Shipping & Handling) is the cost you add to your winning bid to have your item safely sent to you. 3) I pay for Brown shipping paper, Bubblewrap, Popcorn, White tissue paper, LOTS of USPS grade packing tape, Scotch brand Magic tape, often a proper fitting box and LOTS of manila envelopes! I drive to the post office to deliver your package into the hands of the USPS. All these things cost money and take time so I do have a HANDLING FEE to cover my costs. E-Bay allows me to put a handling fee in when I am listing - that number then is lumped together with the calculated shipping cost and appears to you as a 'Shipping' cost when you win an auction. Because of this many people become upset when they get their package and see that the actual postage was less than they paid for shipping. There will always be a difference in what you pay and actual postage - if I make a mistake and the difference is too large I will refund some of your shipping fee back. You can check my feedback and see where I have surprised some folks doing just that. I am not greedy or unfair. 4) S/H does not include insurance. 5) If your package is returned to me for invalid shipping address or non pick-up I will need to charge you s/h fees again to have your package resent 6) If you wish to have your item(s) insured please see payment fee below. Insurance is your choice! Please know - I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS AND These items really are my parents things. I do NOT want them broken or lost so I spend money on nice shipping supplies and I pack very carefully! Upon shipping I say a prayer that the USPS will do it's job properly! I want you to get your item in perfect condition. But, if they do mess up your recourse is insurance. So please consider this when paying for your item. Please see my feedback for confirmation of my overdoing the packing thing! 7) If outside the US your S/H fees will be higher - usually double U.S. As of now I am going to offer items internationally even though it means filling out customs forms and standing in line at the post office only to learn of another change or rule that makes me have to go home - re-do something and return again to the post office. So please read above about Handling Fees! 8) Please note I can not guarantee shipments by a certain date, but I am a very fast shipper - see how fast by checking out my feedback! 9) While most items are shipped within 24 hrs of payment it may take up to 5 business days before shipment is made if their are extenuating circumstances. I will always notify you if there is a delay. INSURANCE: If your package should get lost or damaged the USPS will refund the item(s) amount(s) excluding s/h charges. This is your option: $1.35 coverage up to $50.00 $2.30 for coverage between $50.01 - $100.00, $3.35 for coverage between $100.01 - $200.00, $4.40 for coverage between $200.01 - $300.00, $5.45 for coverage between $300.01 - $400.00 - $6.50 for coverage between $400.01 to $500.00 International insurance fees vary or may not be available to you. Please ask about insurance fees if you wish to have them. PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS WE SELL ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE!
