VINTAGE 1940's AREO GOUDA HOLLAND HIGH GLAZE PLATTER

Presenting a large and very decorative 1940's Gouda Dutch pottery handled platter. You are feasting your eyes on a rare and wonderful piece of Gouda using vivid colors & geometrical designs that are very meticulously done. Mark on side with 3238 AREO house logo, also with original paper label. The numbers refer to the model and mold number or pattern of the piece. It is hard to make out the last number or letter. I have pictured the logo in the last picture. Handled Platter measures 10-1/4" in circumference and with2-1/2"handles .
These platters are getting harder and harder to find so don't miss this rare opportunity to own or give as a gift this truly wonderful work of art pottery! Condition: No cracks, chips, crazing, or repairs in very fine condition. This says alot about the high quality expectations & work produced by the hard working Dutch people!
