The Victor UCS Upright Vacuum features a completely new internal design that makes it perform smoother, quieter and more effectively than the competition. Two motors, one creating a powerful vacuum and a brush motor turning the brush at a constant 3500 rpm ensure optimum dust and grit removal. Despite generating twice as many brush strokes as rival machines it still manages to operate more quietly. The Victor UCS boasts a handle weight 50% lower than its nearest competitors for operator comfort in use especially over long periods. The flexi-hose and wand allow high level dusting with the tools located within easy reach on the handle and the convenient cable release mechanism gives the operator a jump start on any operation. With a quick release base plate, a flat drive belt and a lift out brush the Victor UCS is easily maintained without the use of tools
