INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT |
The Slick A0 is part of the newest amplifier range from VIBE. Designed as a replacement for the BlackBox 1, this amplifier has a wealth of features many of which taken from the BlackBox 1 , as well as also having many new features. The Slick A0 says it all with its name, slick in its looks, equally as slick with its performance and with a price that wont make you sick. The amplifier is finished in the super smooth and rubberised finish, the amplifier has a lovely form, and is finished off with end caps which help to hide all of your wires away and add that professional touch to your install. The Slick amplifiers are actually the new budget amplifiers within the VIBE range however their looks and performance suggest anything but this.
The Slick A0 is a class AB amplifier is design, with the twin end caps for stealth connections, a soft turn on is equipped within the amplifier, there is an optional in dash bass boos remote that can be added to the amplifier for extra control and precise control over the levels of the amplifier. The amplifier features a 0-180 phase control, an 18Db bass boost, as well as 18Db crossovers. There are pre-outs for linking extra amplifiers as well as high level and low level inputs to give you a wealth of flexibility upon installation. The Slick A0 is designed to be a very versatile amplifier, producing 2 x 100W RMS the amplifier is perfect for running a pair of speakers on the rear shelf. With all this flexibility and options on what you can run with this amplifier is really is a great amplifier that lives up-to its name, slick by name, even slicker by nature.

Please note that all products are of a graded nature.
Audio Repair Centre is a specialised repair centre for all VIBE and FLI audio products. Which means all returns, whether manufacturing failure or customer abuse come to us. It’s our job to repair them. These returns are either salvaged for spares or repaired back to their normal functioning capacity when new, if they are old they also get updated with new parts so they often get both repaired and upgraded. Before being listed for sale all repaired products are fully tested and undergo a full soak test, the product will always be in full and perfect working order when it reaches you.
Please do not expect a brand new product, because of the graded nature of the products they all will generally exhibit signs of cosmetic imperfections, this could be a small mark or scratch or it could mean fairly heavy marks on the casing of an amplifier / enclosure. You should not expect to receive instructions but they may be included. All speakers will ship with both grills and crossovers (if applicable) but they may not come with speaker wire. All products from A.R.C must be marked graded, the marking is usually in a discrete place the mark also signifies the product has been through the rigorous Audio Repair Centre (ARC) testing program.

ABOUT THE AUDIO REPAIR CENTRE? |
We are a small team of experienced engineers, our mission is to service VIBE and FLI product and aid all customers whom have encountered problems with products and now seek repairs or spare parts. Our primary role is the service centre for VIBE and FLI. Our repair centre and electronic workshops are based on location at VIBE Head Quarters in England. We have considerable experience and practical knowledge of the internal workings and operations of products from the vast majority of car audio brands available on the market. We have the capabilities and information such that we can repair almost any product from any audio manufacturer.
Previously returned stock can undergo various levels of repairs, as we hold both repaired products and new spare parts we are able to fit damaged products with new parts from subwoofers to amplifiers to tweeters. Product faults in the majority of cases are usually quite simple; repairs and or fitment of new parts are all made with official VIBE and FLI parts. All repairs undergo a full soak test to make sure that the faults and problems previously observed have been solved.
Audio Repair Centre control all VIBE and FLI graded stock, VIBE and FLI do not allow graded stock to be resold on the high street but understand there are customers who may require repairs or spare parts, this is now our job to fulfil. Additionally we have been granted permission to sell graded stock in limited quantities subject to stringent testing and repairs. The sale of graded stock is offered through both our website and also through our eBay store. All items sold through eBay auctions have a limited 30 day warranty.
Should you wish to know anything more about any of the repair services that we offer or indeed any of the graded products that we currently have for sale feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to help. If you have a VIBE or FLI product that no longer works please contact us, it may not cost as much as you think to repair.

Postal Orders: Postal orders will be treated as cash, as soon as we receive these your goods will be shipped out.
Personal Cheques: These must be made payable to “Audio Repair Centre” please note that products will not be shipped out immediately when your cheque is received, all cheques will be subject to a 5 day clearance period from the date that they are presented to the bank. ECheques are treated the same as personal cheques in that no items will ship until they have cleared.
Non Payment: Please note that we will allow 7 days from the end of the auction for the payment to be made. This is more than adequate time to make payment for an item. After this period of time the item will be re-listed and non payment procedures take against the winning bidder, as a minimum we will expect all of our listing fees for the item listing to be paid. Failure to pay will leave you with an unpaid strike.

No collection of goods is allowed.
As a preferred courier we use UPS, we have found their service to be effective and reliable, all products will be shipped at the latest the next working day after we have received payment. You will then need to allow an additional two working days for the items to be delivered. Should you not have received the products within this timeframe please then make sure that you get in touch with us making sure that you quote your item number such that we can track the product for you.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred should the products require shipping to, Southern Ireland, The Isle of Mann, The Scilly Isles, Jersey, Guernsey and outlying or remote areas of Scotland. Currently we do not ship to anywhere else world wide.
Please note that items cannot and will not be delivered at weekends, should you not be present when UPS try to deliver the product to you they will leave information of this for you and attempt to deliver an additional two times, after these attempts should they not be able to be deliver the item will be returned to us. In this situation an additional charge will be applied for reattempt of a delivery to you.
We will ship to the address on your PayPal account. There will be a charge for any delivery that has failed due to an incorrect address being provided.

PRODUCT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION |
In the very rare circumstance that your product has a problem at point of delivery please make sure you send us an e-mail detailing the fault as well as referencing this with the original item number. Such occurrences are always dealt with the utmost of urgency. As careful as our couriers are there can on occasion be a circumstance where the product can be damaged in transit. If this is the case please make sure that you send us images and details of the damage as well as referencing the original item number.
All products will be covered by a 30 day warranty which is covered by A.R.C. rather than with the manufacturer. Because of the graded nature of the products we are not able to offer a full years warranty on the product. If within the first 30 days you have any problems with the product we will make sure that the product is picked up from you and tested for the any faults, if faults are observed then we will make sure you have an immediate replacement shipped out. Please note that this 30 day warranty period applies from the date that the product is delivered to you, we would strongly encourage you to check products as soon as possible such that any problems can be addressed immediately upon the receipt of the product.
Should your product exhibit any problems or faults after this period please do feel free to get in touch with us and we will do our best to help. It might be a simple fix or a small part that we can send out to you free of charge, should the product require any additional repair we will of course offer this to you at cost prices. Should you need clarification on any of the above points of our warranty procedure please get in touch and confirm these before and not after you have bid on an item.
Please note the warranty we offer is for you, the purchaser only. If you are buying this to sell on then please note the warranty is non transferable.
Any damage done to the item caused by incorrect fitting is not covered. If you are unsure how to fit anything then get qualified help via an independent audio specialist. Audio Repair Centre does not class Halfords as a qualified installer.
Any item returned to us with no fault found is liable to a £35.00 administration charge.
