Hi welcome to my auction for a very rare aprilia pro sport 125 2 stroke.

Relisted due to non paying bidder.

I bought this bike last november of ebay and it was not as the seller had described i paid just over £1200 for it, i bought it of ebayer endurothumpers, so i have spent and spent on this bike it has had a new piston (please note that it was not me that fitted the piston hence the reason the gasket set went on me) been rebored had a new ngk racing plug fitted as the idiot who sold it me had put a bosch car spark plug in the bike (bosch dont even do plugs for bikes) also has had a new battery had to buy a new exhaust as the other had pin holes in it which causes loss of power, it has had a new power valve fitted as the old one was ceased up, new tyres, loads of meat left on the brake pads, had new back led indicators fitted new led back brake light as the other one would not work, the bike has just had a good service, i have ridden this bike a few times and it is quick for a 125. I think it is putting out just over 33 bhp but i have never got round to putting it on a rolling road. Now the reason im selling the bike is that i was out on it a few weekends ago out in the middle of nowhere when the engine had overheated on me due to what i found out afterwards at the garage was that the top end gasket set had gone and has let water and anti freeze into the engine But the engine has not ceased as i switched the engine off in time the piston and rings have been checked and are still in good working order. This was due to the prat that sold me the bike had put the old gasket set back on the engine (you complete knob) so due to this i no longer have the time or money to spend on the bike so is being sold as a non runner the bike also had a tiny amount of damage to the back seat unit when we had the strong winds and the wind blew the bike over luckily on my lawn the only damage is the paint has cracked and i have just picked the paint off where it dident stick to the primer, there is no other damage whatsoever on any off the panels this is the only bit of damage which can be repaired for pennys. So if you have the time and enjoy working on bikes maybe you can sort out the engine get it running then you have a bloody good bike. You can bid with 100% confidence just check my feed back. The bike has a mot till 15 november 2008. Low start grab a bargain Please note that the engine will need to be cleaned out of anti freeze etc engine will need taken out so becouse it has been stood for more than 2 weeks so your guess is as good as mine as to wether further work may be required please note that the engine does turn over. All the work that has been done to the bike has not been carried out by myself as i am not a bike mechanic.

27/04/08 I am getting loads of the same question being asked (what would i take to end the auction early) so to be honest with you all i am just going to let the auction run if you want the bike then by all means place a bid. Wotever happens someone is still going to get a bargin.
