I HAVE FOR SALE THIS VERY OLD TELEPHONE MADE IN WOOD CASE THE FRONT OF THE TELEPHONE AS ABRASS CIRCLE WERE IT SAYS SELECT-O-PHONE.  PATENTED.  U.S.A AND FOREGIN COUNTRIES.     THE SREW MACHINE PRODUCTS CORP.  PROVIDENCE.R.I.U.S.A. THEN UNDERNEATH THAT CIRCLE IS A SORT OF DIAL WITH NUMBERS GOING ROPUND THE OUTSIDE. AT THE BOTTOM IS A SMALL PLAQUE SAYING SELECT-O-PHONE WITH THE TRADE MARK. ALSO TELLING MANUFACTURE'S DETAILS.  INSIDE THE WOODEN BOX THEIR ARE A LOT OF OLD WIRE'S  WITH TRANSFORMERS  TOGETHER WITH THE PATENT NUMBERS   eg   U.S.A.    CANDA.   GREAT BRITAIN.  FRANCE  ARGENTINE. THE WOODEN BOX MEASURE'S 5 3/4 inches ACROSS BY 9 1/2 inches HIGH. AT THE TOP OF THE TELEPHONE BOX THEIR ARE 2 BRASS BELLS.. ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE THEIR IS AN BRACKET WERE THEIR IS A BAKEALITE EAR PIECE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CALL IT A TRUMPET,(THIS MEASURE'S 5 1/2 inches IN HEIGHT. AT THE TOP OF THE TRUMPET IT SAYS PAT IN U.S.A.  PATENT APPLIED FOR.. DEC 4 1900  MAY 16 1899.   HAPPY BIDDING WILL POST OVERSEA'S BUT THIS IS QUIET HEAVY FOR ITS SIZE APPOX 1 1/2 KGS IN WEIGHT WITHOUT BEING WRAPPED......
