Vellum Indenture - 1865 Deed - Albert Road, Bristol

 

A vellum Indenture with plan measuring 74 cm x 62 cm approx being a Lease for 27 years of a yard or piece of land situate in Albert Road, St Philips Bristol with the warehouses thereon and also a dwellinghouse garden shed and warehouse being No 1 in Second Avenue, Albert Road, Bristol dated 30 December 1865. 

Parties:

Edward BURGES, Gentleman of the City of Bristol
Edwin CAMBRIDGE, Engineer and Agricultural Implement Maker of the City of Bristol

Other names mentioned include:  Messrs Cooper & Company Manure Manufacturers who were the former occupants of the property
