Vellum Indenture - 1821 Deed - Ipswich, Suffolk

 

A single sheet vellum Indenture measuring 74 cm x 56 cm approx being a Release with Covenant to produce Deeds of a piece of ground in the parish of St Matthew in Ipswich, Suffolk dated 2 February 1821.

Parties: Daniel KERRIDGE, Grocer of Bramford, Suffolk;  William SMITH, Basket Maker of Ipswich, Suffolk;  Eleazar Lawrance, Gentleman of Ipswich, Suffolk
