Thank you for viewing my items – please take a
few moments to read the following.
Payment accepted
Uk Buyers;
Paypal, Postal orders and cheques – please note goods are only
dispatched after funds have cleared
Rest of the world; Paypal payments only
Payment must be received within 5 days of
date of purchase
Postage and packaging
Items are dispatched within 1-3 working days of
receipt of payment or cleared funds.
Postage costs include shipment, handling,
postage & packaging.
Goods are sent via Royal Mail 2nd
class – if you wish to upgrade to 1st class post, please email me
for revised costs.
Please note that I always obtain
proof of posting when sending goods and in doing so I am completing my part of
the contract. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, if you
contact me I am more than happy to provide you with the necessary proof of
posting should you wish to file a claim with the Post Office.
Prices shown are for UK dispatch only – overseas buyers
please contact me for the relevant postal charges.
I am happy to combine postage on multiple items
that are purchased at the same time – please email me.
Feedback
Feedback will be left once a buyer has done so
– this is to prevent improper feedback.
In my shop, I believe problems can be sorted if we all work together so,
if you do have a problem with your purchase
please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback and I will do my best to
resolve it. Negative feedback neither
helps nor solves problems .
Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges accepted only on Buy it
Now sales – no refunds can be given for items bought at auction.
If you are not satisfied with you BIN purchase,
the item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of the sold
date. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me therefore I recommend
that you use a delivery service that has a tracking facility and insures the
value of the goods.
Refunds issued will not include the return
postage cost and will be minus a 1 5% administration and restocking fee.
