Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. We will refund the original delivery charges. However, the customer will be liable for a collection charge of £ 9.99 for England & Wales and £ 19.99 for Scotland for the cost of returning the item. We have 14 days returns policy for fault items only with original package, do not send the item. Inform us approx. date and time and we will collect the item. The Seller reserves the right to refund or exchange the item. Items collected in our premises are excluded from the “Distance Selling” conditions and are “Sold as seen”. The customer will automatically invalidate the guarantee if he/she open the case of the electric/electronic or any other equipment sold by us, we do not authorize anyone to perform repairs or inspections on our items during the guarantee period. If you received your item by post/courier delivery you need our authorization to open the equipment, avoiding to do so will result on automatic invalidation of guarantee. If you send the item you will be liable for postage charges. (We have serial number tracking system for returns). Please read about reconditioned/refurbished/graded products before you bid. If the item is listed as brand new we do not give any guarantee after 14 days. We are an online seller that sells: reconditioned/refurbished/graded or surplus brand-new. Customers are liable for post and a £ 10.00 admin/technical charge if no fault was found when an item is returned plus collection charge of £9.99. If the item is listed as analogue we will not accept returns for incompatibility with SKY, Freeview, Digital Integrated TVs or equipments, is the buyer responsibility to investigate if the item is compatible with their own equipment or if the item is suitable for their needs or not, no item will be return under the reason of “unwanted gift”. In some cases the items that we sell will show: scratches, dust, dents, 2 to 5 defective pixels on LCD products, Portable DVDs, twins, brand new items or toys might be ex-display and boxed damaged, general marks, etc. If item is sold out we will replace automatically with a superior model from the same Brand name, no battery will be supplied on remotes and other items. Envelopes & Small Packages are only dispatched Wednesdays & Saturdays Only any other items such as DVD Players, VCRs, COMBO DVD/VCR or Heavier Weight will be dispatched 3/5 working days.
