Sharp Store is an established and genuine UK based company offering quality home and leisure products exclusively through eBay enabling us to pass on substantial savings to our customers.

All our products are brand new and come with a warranty from the manufacturers.  We do not sell graded or second hand goods so you can be sure that our products will meet the high standards you expect.

Payment

Sharp Store accepts the following methods of payment: 

Pay Pal - all major credit cards accepted
Personal cheques, payable to Sharp Store 
Direct Bank Transfer, details available on request
Bankers Draft, payable to Sharp Store
Postal order, payable to Sharp Store

Please ensure that you provide full contact details including your telephone number when making payment. Failure to do so may delay your order.

If you pay using Pay Pal we will ONLY ship to the confirmed address of the Pay Pal account holder.

Cheques and bankers drafts take 5 working days to clear the banking system. This means that a cheque banked on Monday will clear at midnight on Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Shipping

We aim to ship goods within 5 working days of cleared payment being received but you should allow 14 days as a maximum. In practice most items are actually shipped within 24 hours. 

If you require delivery on, before, or after a specific date you should e-mail us before bidding to make sure that this is possible.

Quoted delivery is for UK mainland only, deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man may be subject to a surcharge from our couriers so please e-mail us in advance for a price.

We only deliver to addresses with UK Postcodes, if you do not have a UK postcode please do not bid as you order will be immediately cancelled.

All items will require a signature upon receipt so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

Warranty

Returned items will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. 

Upon delivery of your goods carefully inspect and make sure that the item is in full working order and as described in the auction.

If you wish to return an item for “any reason” you should contact us as soon as possible. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and your refund will be less the original postal costs and fees incurred by us during the sale. The item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent, with all packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline the refund if the item is not suitable for resale. 

Where items are found to be genuinely faulty or damaged you will be offered an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item but all other postal costs will be met by ourselves. Where a refund is required you will be credited for the full sale amount.

All products come with a full manufacturers warranty, should a fault arise after our returns period has expired responsibility for claims made under  warranty shall pass to the manufacturer and not Sharp Store. As your supplier we will be happy to assist you with this process.

1.  By bidding you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.

3.  Winning bidders should make payment within 7 days of auction end.  

4.  We reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not received within this time scale.

Returns

12.  Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receipt. 

13.  Where items are returned for "any reason" you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and your refund will be less the original postage costs and fess incurred by us during the sale. 

14.  Where items are found to be faulty or damaged you will be offered an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item but all other postal costs will be met by ourselves. Where a refund is required you will be credited for the full sale amount.

15.  Goods must be returned to us in the condition that they were sent with all packaging intact. 

16.  We reserve the right to decline the refund if the item is not suitable for resale.

17.  Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.

Warranty

18.  All our products come with a manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated in the auction. 

19.  Should a fault arise whilst still under warranty the manufacturer will be fully responsible for adhering to the terms of the warranty and not Sharp Store. 

Loss / Damage

20.  Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Descriptions- 

21.  All of our descriptions are as accurate as possible, as most are taken directly from the manufacturers manual or product literature. E&E0.

Pictures 

22.  Many of the photographs used are library images. We try to be as accurate as possible with the pictures used, but please be aware that manufacturers do at times change the appearance of a product during its manufacturing cycle.

Orders withheld

23.  We reserve the right to withhold orders from buyers at our complete discretion. Where payment has already been made we will issue a full refund.

Product suitability

24.  You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the items offered and by bidding for an item you are acknowledging the items as being suitable.
