Payment
I prefer postal orders or personal cheques from UK buyers.
Overseas Buyers, I only accept PayPal.
I reserve the right to wait for order/cheque to clear prior to despatching items.
Shipping
I aim to pack and despatch items within 2 days of receipt of cleared funds.
Multiple purchases may be combined to save on postage (as long as it is still within the Royal Mail postage rates). I only charge as per Royal Mail prices plus a small cost to cover packaging materials costs.
I cannot be held responsible for any item that goes missing in the postal system, but I always obtain a proof of posting. If you have a parcel left at the Post Office, and fail to collect it, and it’s returned to me, you will have to pay for re-posting! (I have had to pay for re-posting twice now, thus giving away items “sold”). I will leave the original wrapper intact and recover with brown paper to prove it has been returned!
I can not be responsible for the actions of the Royal Mail or your local delivery service (after I have posted your items), I will help in any way possible to report any lost / damaged items.
Registered Post will ensure refund for items "lost or missing" whilst in the care or the Post Office, following a claim.
The Post Office do not refund P&P.
If you require “registered signed for delivery”, please let me know and I’ll adjust the postage to oblige (70 pence UK, or £3.50 International extra (Royal Mail prices, not mine!)). Any questions, please feel free to Email me.

I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. If you have a dispute about anything being incorrect, please contact me directly and I will aim to resolve the problem.
