TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

·         We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders.

·         We do not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

By Paypal

·         We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date).  Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you.

By Credit and Debit Card

·         We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal.  Please contact us via eBay before your purchase to make payment with your credit or debit card.

By Postal Order

·         Please contact us before purchase for our postal address.  It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Shipping

·         All items purchased are packaged and dispatched on a first bought first dispatched basis.

·         We aim to clear all items within two days of purchase.

·         All large items are dispatched via FedEx and small items via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Mail.

·         Once dispatched all items should be with you in 24 hours. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

·         Tracking details can be provided upon contacting us on the telephone number supplied.

·         We will only send replacement items once FedEx or Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by FedEx or Royal Mail.

P&P Explained

·         Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Warranty / Returns

·         All engines and gearboxes are sold on a 3 month warranty basis from the date of receipt.

·         All other items are sold on a as seen basis.

·         If you return your item for any reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P fee.

·         Prior to any return please get in contact with us via eBay-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

·         Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must return the item by a “signed for” service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

·         Feedback is only left once it has been received.

·         If you have any concerns then please give us a chance to resolve them prior to leaving feedback.
