Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via Royal ail Recorded Delivery(under 1.5 kilo) or DHLCity LInk and Parceforce Couriers as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us the seller and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries) and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous ebay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated.
