Todd Terry is largely responsible for the remarkable global upsurge in popularity of ‘house’ music in the late 1980s. As a DJ, Todd Terry became one of the main attractions during the 80s in the premier dance club, The Paradise Garage in New York’s Brooklyn district, Terry’s home town. He went on to form Freeze Records and has been a much in demand mixer for artists such as Bjork, Tina Turner, Jamiroquai, The Rolling Stones and Robert Plant to name but a few! His catalogue continues to sell and it remains one of the most important bodies of work in Dance Music. This album is a collection of Terry’s awesome catalogue of dance floor hits. Previously unavailable on CD in the UK, this release is a must for any fans of dance and 80s old skool!
