Combined Postage / Shipping Discount
If you are bidding or using Buy It Now on other items and would like to qualify for our combined postage discount, please wait until all auctions have ended or you secure Buy It Now purchases before paying. The combined postage discount will be automatically applied for you and a combined single invoice will be sent to your registered eBay email address.
Highest Postage rate applies when purchasing multiple items with varying postage rates.
Speedy Dispatch
- We post / ship Monday through Saturday and as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received.
- Usually we ship next business day after receiving payment.
- During busy times we may ship 1/2 days after cleared payment is received.
- We email each customer when their order is processed for dispatch.
- All items are carefully wrapped, packaged and boxed.
- Parcelforce require a signature on receipt of your package.
- Items will be dispatched next day after Public Holidays.
Payment Methods
Paying by PayPal is the quickest way for you to receive your order. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit card through PayPal or contact our Customer Service Team on 01667 451831.
UK postal orders are treated as cash once received. You must write the item number on the postal order or we will not know who it is from.
UK personal cheques (We can not cash Non UK based cheques) take SEVEN WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR and notification reach us before we can send your order. This is SLOW and we do not recommend due to the delay in the banking system. You must write the item number on the cheque.
International buyers please note we can only accept UK GBP pound sterling bank drafts and postal orders.

Returns Policy
If on receipt of goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an email to info@wildday.com with your ebay username in the subject title. Explain briefly the problem you have had and let us know the best way to contact you. We will endeavour to reply to your email or call you within 24hrs.
Depending on the circumstances, we will either repair goods, issue a credit or offer a refund.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF NON-FAULTY GOODS.
Returning A Faulty Item
If you need to return a faulty item, please take the following steps so that we can process your package on it's return.
1. Package the item appropriately and write your ebay username clearly visible in the OUTSIDE.
2. Enclose a brief note also having your ebay username on it) explaning the reason for the return and if you require a repair or replacement. This enables us to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently as possible.
3. If you include your postage receipt, we will happily refund you for this.
