Returns accepted only within 30 days of purchase for faulty items

You must contact seller first by email to prove your purchase (such as message of winning bid from eBay that contains Item Number and your Buyer’s ID, etc.) and obtain a returning reference from seller.

 Upon receipt of returned item, it will be checked and if found faulty a refund of full purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges will be sent to your nominated account.

Buyers pay for all return related shipping and handling costs.

 

Shipping Policies

 

 We ship from United Kingdom within 0-2 business days (in most cases 0-1 business days) after payment has been received and CLEARED (we have plenty of stock)

Buyers pay for all shipping and handling costs, the costs include us getting a free certificate of posting (P326) when sending from our local Post Office

 

Compensation cover for loss or damage up to £28 or market value of item, (whichever is lower)

We will make every effort to ensure items are properly packed and addressed.  However we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred after the items have been dispatched to Post Office or Courier Company

Items are usually shipped on the same or next business day when payment has been received and cleared.  However we will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. transit delays)

In the unlikely event of insurance claims, we can offer our assistance in providing all necessary dispatch dockets and P326 if applicable.
