Compact in size, the powerful single tank canteen fryer makes light work of any frying situation. It is specified by many of the larger department stores, brewery chains and leisure outlets due to the high volumes of product that it can cook. With 19.4kW of power the Canteen can regain its pre-set temperature very, very quickly. Complete with stainless steel lid.

The temperature is controlled via an accurate patented dialogue thermostat.
