Please take a moment to review our return/exchange policy. Many of our items can be returned but there are exceptions which are outlined below.
Procedure for RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES
-You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of parcel to request a return/exchange with reason for return/exchange
-If your item qualifies for a return/exchange, a RA# (return
authorization number) will be issued by masqueradelady/company to your email address with simple & basic return instructions (name of buyer, item/invoice # & reason for return)
-S/h rates are non-refundable (unless we have erred in the shipment)
SOME items DO NOT qualify for a return or exchange.....please refer to list below in the *ITEMS that may NOT be returned*
-Once you have received your RA#, you are required to ship the item within 48 hours, as per instructions
-Upon our receipt of your item, we will send a replacement or refund the cost of the item, if condition of item is as per terms of return policy.

CONDITIONS for a return/exchange
-RA# request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel
-items must be returned in original, unused, unworn, untorn or unaltered condition & must also be odor free (such as tobacco, perfume, food, undesirable odors etc not associated with original scent of merchandise)
-packages must be untorn, with attached tags (if applicable), no missing pieces or attachments
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE items
(due to hygienic & seasonal nature of some merchandise)

The following items do not qualify for a refund or an exchange
-wigs, beards, eyelashes, facial hair, synthetic hair
sets/kits
-latex appliances, masks, prosthetics, fangs, dentures, mouth
appliances
-make-up, cosmetics, hair spray
-jewelry, eyewear, handwear, headgear
-hosiery, socks, briefs, panties, undergarment, lingerie
-props, mascots, personalized volume orders
-any item that has been used, or worn, altered or have an odor originally not associated with the product
-any item with packaging that has been torn or has missing pieces/attachments or with with detached tags
-items purchased from oct 1 - oct 31
ordered INCORRECT SIZE?
-if you require a different size than item ordered/received, you must place a new order for the replacement size, so that the new order can be shipped promptly.
Once masqueradelady/company receives your inital order, your account will be credited within 15 days, if all conditions of the return policy have been met
-Shipping/handling rates are non-refundable
-if another size is not available, a refund will be issued - a 20% re-stocking fee will apply
An unauthorized return will not be accepted. |
