FITNESSTIME2009:  Trade in surplus, bankrupt, end of line, returned stock. This stock can range from brand new to slightly used or seconds. It is sold at well below recommended retail price to compensate for the fact it may be unboxed fully/part assembled and have cosmetic marks and scratches. However all items are fully inspected prior to listing and will be in full working order upon arrival with you. We do offer full warranties on all our items in most cases so please read the individual listing carefully to see what warranty (if any) is offered with your particular item of interest. Please understand where possible and in most cases we do provide instruction manuals but sometimes this is not always possible. To cover ourselves we state all equipment comes without documentation as standard. If it is provided please treat this as a bonus not a contractual obligation. Please do not expect a brand new & boxed item, this may well be what you get but again treat that as a bonus not an expectation.

Delivery:  We are happy to deliver your item and this will be within 7 Days of payment being received. For the larger items we use a national pallet company who do what's called, doorstep deliveries. This means its your responsibility to get the item inside from your doorstep. Most drivers are very helpful and friendly but as we use a third party company we can not guarantee they will help you get your item inside. We charge delivery at cost and do not look to profit, but please remember these are large items and our not cheap to transport.

Refunds:  We offer a full 7 day refund option on all our items as standard. This means you are welcome to return any item to us for any reason at your expense and claim a refund subject to our restocking terms. Provided that it is returned in its original condition with all documents provided. We do charge a 15% restocking fee and any delivery costs incurred are not refundable.

Payment:  We accept payment via paypal for your protection and ours and this is the most common form of payment on eBay. 

Feedback:  If you find you are dissatisfied with our products or service prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback I would ask you to contact us giving us the opportunity to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Its commonly accepted on eBay most negatives are left in haste and very often regretted to the buyer later. Please give us the opportunity to correct any issues or problems.

Contact Details/Phone Numbers:  Kindly prior to bidding please make sure your eBay and Paypal address and phone number details are correct (please add mobile number if possible). If when we print off your order the phone number is incorrect or missing we will not attempt delivery until we have these details. We will only deliver to the registered address provided by eBay/Paypal and will not change this rule regardless of how much you complaint and try to justify the change. This is for yours and our protection as we are both covered against fraud or malpractice providing we both comply with the rules
