Excellent condition colored pencil drawing 8 1/2" X 10 1/2" in 11" X 14" mat. Unframed. Signed pat Ragan in lower left hand corner. Acquired in upstate New York. Scene appears to show winter scene in village of rural upstate New York. Age is not from WPA era although the style is similar to that era. Buyer to pay $6 shipping.
