There are no holes and no stains and perhaps very very slight fading. The material is 100% preshrunk cotton. The size is ADULT MEDIUM. Chest measures 20 inches across, arm pit to arm pit. Length is 27 1/2 inches, measured from under neck band to hem. Check measurements carefully and let me know if you would like this item measured in any other way, because I can not guarantee this item will fit the purchaser. Please email with any questions concerning size or condition of an item. Postage is exact, no packing or handling fees.
