Jackson Spares considers the condition of its products to be of 'satisfactory quality', 'as described'; and 'fit for purpose'. We will refund the cost of the item and its postage charges if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. However, the buyer is required to return the part to us in the same condition as it was supplied, packed carefully, with prior notification and at their own expense. We will give any customer a repair or replacement item where the original product turns out to be faulty. We would expect a buyer to notify us of this with 28 days from date of purchase if this is the case.
