Description

Offered for sale is this superb quality, and unusual, Silver, Victorian, scissor holder and silver handled scissors, for suspending from a ladies chatelaine.  The scissor handles are Hallmarked for London 1890, the lion passant and makers mark is W.C. Hallmarked on each of the scissor handles, the scissor holder/sheath is hallmarked for 1892, the same make W.C.

Both items are in good original order. Scissor blades are in wonderful, appear unused condition. The scissor holder measures 3 & 3/8 inches in length approx. Including scissors measure 5 & 3/8 inches in length approx. [not including hanging chain].

Superb condition, with only the odd minor mark from use, unusual to find chatelaine scissors in such good condition without damage or repair.

Every effort is made to keep postage costs at a minimum, items are securely packed with no shortage of bubblewrap. I will happily combine several purchases for one postal cost, depending on weight and postal destination.
