This Kit contains everything you need to install your underfloor heating, including a programmable digital thermostat. Inside the box is the following : Heating mat, ACMELEC AE-Y309L programmable digital thermostat with floor temperature probe, conduit housing, floor primers and applicator, also full guarantee certificate and detailed instructions. Mat cables are 3mm diameter twin wire and earth screened, cables are securly attached to a 500mm wide nylon mesh which is fitted with high tac adhesive tapes to enable accurate positioning and fixing of the mats prior to tiling. Cable mat kits are our most used systems, normally used for internal rooms, the cable mat use’s exactly the same cable as the loose heating cable on a drum except the cable spacing has already been done for you, and therefore all you need to do is roll the mat out all over the floor until it’s used up. This system is ideal for kitchens, lounges, dining rooms and most other areas.
