UnderArmourDirect Returns Policy

Any item purchased within our shop can be fully refunded (excluding postage) or exchanged if returned within 10 days of dispatch.  If you find that your item does not fit, just return them to us and we will exchange them for a size that does.  Once again postage to us and back to you will have to be covered by the customer.

Faulty Items

Any item found to have a legitimate fault must be returned and after inspection, we will be happy to either exchange, replace or refund the cost of the item.  Any postage charges incurred by you, the customer, will be refunded to you either by paypal or by cheque depending on original payment.

If you do have a problem, either email sales@underarmourdirect, or contact us via telephone on(01323) 410984 as most problems can be resolved quicker and easier if discussed verbally.
