However, we do offer a 7 day EXCHANGE policy provided goods are returned to us as set out below. We will exchange goods for the purchase price of the item if it is returned to us within 7 days (after receipt of your item), and under the following circumstances;  

•The item must be  returned complete /. with its original packaging, swing tags, & all original accessories attached to the garment), 
•The item must be unworn with no contaminants i.e . smells of perfume, washing powder, cigarettes,  deodourant stains, cosmetic stains, grease stains, glitter residue, body oil, food or drink stains, animal or human hair. 
•The item must be un-damaged/un-marked. 
•The item must be returned by traceable means and insured for its’ replacement value. Until we have received you the item back, it is still your legal property and any loss/damage or mishandling by the carrier will not fall within our responsibility.
•The cost of outward and return postage or packing fees must be met by the BUYER.
